the greatest escape!

 

currently still under development, the greatest escape game is a multi-genre flash based game. each month i'll try to bring you a demo of each level or just some juicy details of this gem in progress until it reaches completion.

the story thus far:

after inadvertently being teleported to dimension-x through the use of hot-dog's teleporter-bun, our anti-genius, peanut, stumbles upon princess peanut's mighty fortress, only to be subdued and thrown into the dungeon by her pesky robots!

unable to use his powers, our pal peanut manages to escape his captors!

and now..

About this Demo:

  • no time-limit
  • no score-tracker
  • infinite life

Design notes:

  • this is actually the second level in the game.
  • I tried to keep as much of the original animation as possible without slowing the game down. (Playstation this isn't)
  • first-boss level! (the first level is somewhat mario-esque.)
