12/31/10 SIGH... It's the last day of the year.. But don't fret, Salad-Heads! Zombie Salad Comics has HUGE plans for the new year! I'm sure some of you have noticed a few new 'buttons' throughout the site, such as the 'Salad-Heads' button (to the right there) and of course, the new 'zombies' Series 4 button.. Issue #12 is NOW ONLINE!! You're in for a ride with this one!! It can be found under the 'comics' section of the site, or you can just click 'HERE' Happy New Year!!!

12/19/10 Hiya Salad-Heads! Its been a long week for me as I've just finished Issue # 12, available in January 2011, and let me tell you, you're in for a ride with this issue! Alright! the 'Zombie Salad' Christmas Special is now online! Seeing as how it really isn't a "comic" (i tried to give it more of a 'storybook' feel) It'll be located over in the 'stuff' section of the site! or, you can just click 'HERE' New 'Zombie' tomorrow!

12/13/10 Alright Salad-Heads your new 'zombie', isn't really a new 'zombie' , but rather now it's a 'Special Edition' 'Zombie'! You can check it out 'HERE' More 'Specal EDs' coming soon! Whew! Now back to drawing Issue#12 and finally start on 'Zombies Series 4' Yes, you heard right! Series 4 will be starting sometime in the beginning of 2011! Also some EXCITING news coming soon! 11/23/10 Well I just finished coloring and lettering issue #11. It'll be available online as of December 1st !! Definately one to look forward to! Also there'll be a Christmas story available sometime before the big day! Alright, now to address another matter! Some of you have been writing in as to whether or not the "Dr. Zombie and the Operation Odyssey" featurette will ever be released-- well the answer is YES! But please bear with me as these things DO take alot of time! And I have to start preparing issue #12!! So check back and as always, your loyalty will be rewarded!! 11/18/10 ***CONTEST*** Well as you Salad-Heads know, Zombies Series 3 is well under way, and though there is no shortage of 'zombies' in Pity City, I thought I'd bring you all this opportunity to see what YOU want to see!! So, with that said, send in your ideas for a new zombie 'HERE', by December 31, 2010. The Grand-Prize winner will receive the original artwork (AFTER Its online, of course!) and three runner-ups will receive a 'signed' B&W print. so... 11/16/10 I finished drawing issue #11 a few days ago, and I just finished editing it, and I must say 'Princess Peanut' really came into character in this issue. This is a light-hearted issue with plenty of visual gags and I must say I'm VERY excited about the introduction of the newest member to the Zombie Salad cast. New 'zombie' tomorrow!
11/14/10 Jello is a versatile containment unit for a variety of food combinations!! And with that I must say that You Salad-Heads have been SO paitent! So.. Here it is... Issue #10 is now online!!! It can be found over in the 'comics' section!!

10/31/10 *sigh* There aren't enough hours in the day! I originally wanted to provide you Salad-Heads with a sort of "Trick-or-Treat" 'Home Page' but unfortunately i didn't have it completed in time.. But! But, I will provide you with the LAST 'Zombie' in 'series 2' ! rejoice! With Thanksgiving right around the corner, and Christmas soon after, Zombie Salad Comics still has a few supprises up its sleeve! So check back soon! Coming soon is the FLASH 'comic' : Dr. Zombie and the Oddity Oddessy! That's assuming if all goes well!
10/28/10 Two new 'Zombies'! Its been a looooooong week Salad-Heads! Besides having computer issues, I've been frantically preparing Series 3! Only one more zombie to go this month in Series 2! Series 3 starts an all new parade of zombies starting in November! So be sure to check back soon!
10/21/10 Nothing TOO new today, other than the home page image. I was originally going to use that image as a 'gallery' item, but I decided it looked better as a splash screen.. so, there it is.

Well no SERIOUSLY noteworthy updates today, unfortunately--other then the 'SHINY NEW BUTTONS' to the right!! the reason being is that the old buttons.. well not too many Salad-Heads knew they were there.. so without further delay there they are to the right!>>>>> Don't forget to send any questions, fan mail or hate-mail there.. y'know to the mail section.. I know, I know, there haven't been ANY new zombies for awhile, but don't fret, I'll have new ones up soon, as I've been swamped with work. Just finished coloring issue #10! 10/04/10 Well its now the fourth day in October, issue 9 has been up for a few days, and the response has been overwhelming! So, I wish to thank ALL the loyal Salad-Heads for making this possible! More to come soon! 09/30/10 *sigh* Its the end of the month again, and all my loyal Salad-Heads know what THAT means!! A brand new issue of Zombie Salad!! Horray!! 09/18/10 WOW! Another new zombie! That's three in one week! *sigh* Well Salad-Heads, you all know its coming.. No, no not 'The Zombies' band (yes they ARE coming soon, don't fret!), but I mean to say.. Drum roll please.. The end of 'zombies' Series 2! "Gasp! no! how could you", you say! "I need my 'Zombies'!" I know we still have a few months left in the year, so I came prepared. October is a big month for Zombie Salad. Alot of 'stuff' to come. More updates soon!!
09/16/10 Well, in case you haven't noticed, the MAIN cover for issue #9 is available for viewing on the home page! The alternate cover is still up under 'comics'. So, I'm finally over this illness I had, but I'm still feeling a bit under the weather. Not to fret though! A few new zombies will be available later today. The Zombies are still coming!! 08/30/10 Well, its the end of the month again. Time sure does fly! The Only thing updated is right here, and I ensure you it IS some exciting 'News'! As the official manager for 'The Zombies' band, I feel it necessary to let you all know, starting in September, 'The Zombies' will be on tour! Soon to come, located over in the 'Stuff' section will be 'The Zombies' official page! Complete with bios, playable tracks and more, let me be the first to tell you how excited I am! Some of their tunes can be heard throughout the site already! Stay tuned for updates !

08/21/10 Great news Salad-Heads! Starting September 1, 2010 I will be re-releasing Issues # 1-5, recolored, in conjunction with the newest issues!! Rejoice! So now's your chance to play catch-up if you missed any Isues!! on a side note, I went to the grocery store today, and what I saw just baffled me! Did you know that there are TWO aisles for 'beans'!! An isle called 'beans' (as well as other stuff), and an asile called 'canned beans'! go figure! new 'Zombie' tomorrow!

08/02/2010 **UPDATE** Well the 'Name The Letters Page' contest has finally come to an end! There was actually a tie, as many viewers sent in the same winning entry! So those entrants will all receive the autographed print, but only one will see their name up in lights here on the site! The letters page logo and content will be updated later this week, so keep checking back Salad-Heads! Two new 'Salad Series' characters are available in the 'Zombies' section! 07/30/2010 Alright Salad-Heads!! This one is just for you! Issue #7 is now online a day early!!! Sorry but I just couldn't wait either! Some of you have been writing in asking why some of the issues are only 15 pages while other issues contain alot more pages-- The reason for this is because when these issues see print, they contain tons of extra content, such as Activity Pages, Mini-Comics, etc. Which brings me to my next topic: The Poll. to the right of this page, I've included a poll produced by www.micropoll.com PLEASE, PLEASE, PLEASE vote, as your vote determines HOW Zombie Salad will see print! 07/29/2010 Hiya Salad-Heads!! *sigh* This may very well be the last update of July as I gear up for the release of issue #7.. you know-- the beginning of the Zombie Salad Halloween issues!!! I must admit, I am really excited about these issues.. Sooo as July draws to a close I leave you with a new series to be found under 'zombies' enjoy!

07/27/2010 Don't forget to visit the 'links' section, and check out our friends! Of particular note is www.blambot.com Mr. Piekos many different fonts (comic-book lettering) some of which are free for download and use ( just read the license agreement for free fonts) and some of which are available for purchase. One such free font which is featured on this site is the 'WEBLETTERER BB' font. Download it here and install it to view www.zombiesaladcomics.com in a whole new way! Only 4 more days til the 'Name The Letters Page' contest comes to an end!! Get those entries in fast!! For details click on the link to the right! Not much in they way of news today. 07/26/2010 Awesome!! The 'Gallery' is now available for viewing under the 'comics' section! there you will find images and artwork that you won't find anywhere else on the site. Stuff like one-shot comics, preliminary artwork and characters, sketches and just randomness that doesn't fit anywhere else. Also at the bottom of each image are comments about the artwork.

07/02/2010 I have gotten an overwhelming amount of email as to the frequency of updates performed on this site, and I feel I just need to inform everyone to just please be patient, this stuff takes time. Sooo.. In light of that I will be performing weekly, if not daily NEWS updates to keep loyal salad-heads posted as to changes on the site. so keep checking back!!
On the lighter side of things, Issue # 6 will be up very shortly (probably within the week), and let me tell you..there's only ONE word to describe it--DIFFERENT. But consider it your "GIMMICK" for the month!
Now on to the other stuff..
The "Zombies, Inc" contest will not be appearing this month as Zombie Detective is out on A VERY important case! Keep checking back here for breaking news!
INSTEAD, the Create-a-zom has new added material! (click here) You aren't excited yet!? Then Read on Salad-Head, read on!! starting with Issue # 7 (due up in august), begins the bizarre Zombie-Salad Halloween trilogy culminating in the giant-sized Issue #9 Halloween conclusion!
06/18/2010 Oh well. Seems like July came early for certain parts of the site. I decided to go ahead and release Zombies Series 2 with six new Zombies. Also there's a new mini-comic available. Be sure to check back in July for Issue 6 and a few more surprises!
06/05/2010 Welcome to the new and improved flavor of www.zombiesaladcomics.com and welcome back to those of you who've been following the exploits of the gang from the beginning!! As some of you will notice I've removed a few items from the site and moved others around in order to maximize the viewing experience. Not to fret though! Throughout the site you will find time frames as to when certain material will be available. As some of you may recall, I was having issues with my server in which alot of the sites images weren't displaying correctly, if at all. Let's hope that problem has been rectified. As a result of this unfortunate setback, I have added an extra month of viewing for Issue #5 Also because Issue #5 is a perfect jumping on point for new readers. So tell your friends!! Breaking News!!It has just been confirmed that Zombies Series 2 Will be available in July starting off with 5, count 'em 5 new zombies!! Not to mention a new Zombie each week! Sorry folks but Zombies Series 1 has come to an end, but will remain on the site for further viewing!
